THE NIGERIA 2027 AND BEYOND MANIFESTO

THE NIGERIA 2027 AND BEYOND MANIFESTO

A NATIONAL AGENDA FOR HUMAN DIGNITY, PROSPERITY, PEACE AND PROGRESS

“DREAM BIG + WORK HARD + NEVER GIVE UP”

-

In the Name of Allaah ( Ọbalúayé / Jehovah / Yahweh ), the Entirely Merciful to all Humanity, the Especially Merciful to the Believers.

Nigeria is a nation blessed with people, land, water, minerals, agriculture, knowledge, creativity and enormous potential.

Yet a nation cannot truly be called prosperous when its people are hungry.

A nation cannot truly be called developed when families cannot afford decent clothing.

A nation cannot truly be called successful when citizens lack clean water.

A nation cannot truly be called great when millions struggle to obtain decent housing.

Therefore, from 2027 and beyond, let the national priority be simple:

«Put the dignity and basic welfare of the Nigerian people at the heart of governance.»

Government should provide the foundation.

Competent Nigerians should build upon it.

And everyone should contribute according to their ability.

---

1. FOOD FOR NIGERIANS

NO NIGERIAN SHOULD GO HUNGRY.

Food is not a luxury.

A hungry child cannot concentrate in school.

A hungry worker cannot give his best.

A hungry mother cannot sleep peacefully.

A hungry nation cannot reach its full potential.

Nigeria should therefore pursue a national food-security programme that makes nutritious food available and affordable to every Nigerian.

THE AGENDA

- Massive investment in agriculture.

- Support for Nigerian farmers.

- Modern irrigation and farming technology.

- Affordable agricultural inputs.

- Better storage facilities to reduce food wastage.

- Modern transportation and distribution systems.

- Support for local food processing and manufacturing.

- Strategic food reserves for emergencies.

- Special nutrition programmes for children, pregnant women and vulnerable citizens.

- Strong measures against artificial scarcity and exploitation.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where no child goes to bed hungry because his or her parents are poor.

---

2. CLOTHING FOR NIGERIANS

HUMAN DIGNITY REQUIRES DECENT CLOTHING.

Clothing protects the body, preserves dignity and creates employment.

Nigeria should develop a national textile and clothing industry capable of producing affordable clothing for Nigerians while creating millions of jobs.

THE AGENDA

- Revive Nigeria's textile industry.

- Support cotton farmers.

- Establish modern textile and garment factories.

- Encourage Nigerian-made clothing.

- Provide affordable clothing programmes for vulnerable citizens.

- Support local tailors, designers and fashion entrepreneurs.

- Create vocational training in textile production and fashion.

- Promote Nigerian clothing products internationally.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where every citizen can dress decently without being crushed by the cost of living.

---

3. CLEAN AND SAFE WATER FOR NIGERIANS

WATER IS LIFE.

No Nigerian should have to depend upon contaminated water because clean water is unavailable.

Every community should have access to reliable, safe and affordable water.

THE AGENDA

- Expand public water infrastructure.

- Repair abandoned water systems.

- Develop boreholes and sustainable community water projects where appropriate.

- Protect rivers, lakes and groundwater from pollution.

- Improve water treatment facilities.

- Provide reliable water to schools and healthcare facilities.

- Develop water systems for rural and urban communities.

- Strengthen sanitation and environmental protection.

OUR VISION

Clean water in every home, every school, every hospital and every community.

---

4. DECENT HOUSING FOR NIGERIANS

EVERY FAMILY DESERVES A SAFE PLACE TO CALL HOME.

Housing should not be an unreachable dream.

Nigeria should develop a massive affordable-housing programme that gives workers, families and vulnerable citizens realistic access to decent homes.

THE AGENDA

- Build affordable housing across Nigeria.

- Develop low-cost housing for low-income families.

- Provide transparent housing-finance schemes.

- Encourage responsible public-private housing partnerships.

- Develop new communities with roads, water, electricity, schools and healthcare.

- Upgrade slums and unsafe settlements.

- Support first-time homeowners.

- Make housing programmes transparent and free from political favoritism.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where a hardworking citizen can realistically aspire to own or securely occupy a decent home.

---

5. EDUCATION FOR EVERY NIGERIAN

EDUCATION IS THE KEY THAT OPENS THE DOOR TO THE FUTURE.

No child should lose the opportunity to become a doctor, engineer, teacher, scientist, entrepreneur, farmer, artist, scholar or skilled professional simply because his or her parents are poor.

THE AGENDA

- Strengthen free and accessible basic education.

- Improve public schools.

- Train and properly support teachers.

- Provide modern learning materials.

- Expand technical and vocational education.

- Develop science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

- Support universities and research institutions.

- Expand scholarships for deserving students.

- Develop digital education.

- Connect education with employment and entrepreneurship.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where poverty does not determine the quality of a child's education.

---

6. HEALTHCARE FOR EVERY NIGERIAN

HUMAN LIFE MUST BE VALUED.

A nation cannot prosper when citizens are dying from diseases that could have been prevented or treated.

Healthcare should be accessible, affordable, effective and humane.

THE AGENDA

- Strengthen primary healthcare.

- Improve public hospitals.

- Provide essential medicines.

- Support doctors, nurses, pharmacists, therapists and other healthcare professionals.

- Expand maternal and child healthcare.

- Improve emergency medical services.

- Promote preventive healthcare.

- Strengthen mental-health services.

- Invest in medical research.

- Develop local pharmaceutical and medical-equipment manufacturing.

- Expand health-insurance coverage.

- Make healthcare accessible to poor and vulnerable citizens.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where being poor does not mean being denied the opportunity to receive quality healthcare.

---

7. SECURITY FOR EVERY NIGERIAN

THERE CAN BE NO PROSPERITY WITHOUT SECURITY.

Farmers cannot farm in fear.

Children cannot learn in fear.

Businesses cannot grow in fear.

Families cannot sleep peacefully in fear.

Security must therefore become a fundamental national responsibility.

THE AGENDA

- Strengthen Nigeria's security institutions.

- Improve training and welfare for security personnel.

- Provide modern equipment and technology.

- Strengthen intelligence gathering.

- Improve community policing and lawful community-security partnerships.

- Protect farmers and rural communities.

- Fight terrorism, kidnapping, banditry and violent crime within the law.

- Secure Nigeria's borders.

- Protect critical national infrastructure.

- Strengthen cybersecurity.

- Ensure accountability and respect for human rights.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where citizens can sleep peacefully, travel safely, farm freely and conduct lawful businesses without fear.

---

8. RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS

JUSTICE, FREEDOM AND MUTUAL RESPECT.

Nigeria is a nation of diverse religious communities.

Government should protect lawful freedom of religion and ensure that no citizen is discriminated against because of his or her religious beliefs.

Religious affairs should be approached with wisdom, justice, peace and respect for the constitutional rights of all Nigerians.

THE AGENDA

- Protect freedom of lawful religious belief and practice.

- Promote peaceful coexistence among religious communities.

- Prevent religious discrimination and persecution.

- Encourage responsible dialogue between religious leaders.

- Support programmes that promote morality, compassion and peaceful citizenship.

- Protect places of worship according to law.

- Prevent religion from becoming a justification for violence or persecution.

- Encourage religious and traditional leaders to contribute positively to national development.

- Promote honesty, justice, family responsibility, compassion and service to humanity.

OUR VISION

A Nigeria where people of different beliefs can live together in peace, worship freely and serve their communities without fear.

---

THE FOUR BASIC NECESSITIES

FOOD.

CLOTHING.

WATER.

HOUSING.

These should form the foundation of human welfare.

And the people should not be forgotten after these foundations are provided.

Nigeria must then build upon them through:

EDUCATION.

HEALTHCARE.

SECURITY.

RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS.

This is not merely about constructing buildings.

It is about constructing human beings, families, communities and a nation.

---

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNMENT

Government must create the environment.

Government must establish the institutions.

Government must protect the people.

Government must manage national resources responsibly.

Government must provide essential public services.

Government must create opportunities for citizens to work, build businesses and prosper.

And government must be accountable to the people.

Where these four basic necessities are provided through public programmes, the financing must be transparent, lawful and sustainable, with any contributions or deductions from wages clearly explained and never imposed arbitrarily.

---

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF AADAM KAMAALUDDEEN ARRUSHDIY

I, Aadam KamaaludDeen ArRushdiy, do not claim that one person can build Nigeria alone.

No individual can.

Nigeria belongs to all Nigerians.

But every person has a responsibility according to his or her ability.

Therefore, by the permission of Allaah, I am prepared to contribute my knowledge, service, ideas, leadership and abilities toward the development of:

EDUCATION.

HEALTHCARE.

SECURITY.

RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS.

Where government establishes the foundation, capable citizens must help build the future.

Where there is ignorance, let us bring knowledge.

Where there is sickness, let us bring healing.

Where there is insecurity, let us pursue peace and lawful protection.

Where there is religious confusion, let us pursue knowledge, wisdom and justice.

Where there is hopelessness, let us restore hope.

---

THE NIGERIA WE WANT

We want a Nigeria where:

No child is forgotten.

No family is abandoned.

No citizen is denied clean water.

No hardworking family is condemned to homelessness.

No child is denied education because of poverty.

No sick person is abandoned because of lack of money.

No farmer is afraid to cultivate his land.

No business owner is afraid to operate lawfully.

No worshipper is persecuted for his or her lawful faith.

No Nigerian is made to feel that his or her life has no value.

We want a Nigeria where the nation's wealth becomes visible in the lives of its people.

A Nigeria where government serves the people.

A Nigeria where citizens serve one another.

A Nigeria where leadership means responsibility rather than privilege.

A Nigeria where development reaches the streets, villages, towns and homes—not merely government offices.

---

FROM 2027 AND BEYOND

Let us stop measuring Nigeria's greatness only by buildings, statistics and political speeches.

Let us measure greatness by the condition of the Nigerian people.

Are they fed?

Are they clothed?

Do they have clean water?

Do they have decent homes?

Are their children educated?

Can they obtain healthcare?

Are they safe?

Can they live according to their lawful religious convictions in peace?

If the answer is yes, then Nigeria is moving forward.

If the answer is no, then there is still work to do.

And the work must continue.

Dream Big.

Work Hard.

Serve Humanity.

Build Nigeria.

Never Give Up.

MAY ALLAAH GUIDE NIGERIA, PROTECT HER PEOPLE, GRANT HER JUSTICE, AND BLESS HER WITH PEACE, PROSPERITY AND RIGHTEOUS LEADERSHIP.
